The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls, instant messages and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Coordinating post-sales follow up and escalating customer feedback as required
- Supporting in developing and maintaining MIS.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Assist in executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.
- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and assisting in data cleansing activities.
- Generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
The Profile
- You have some experience within a Customer Service or Sales Support role, ideally within a startup
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with clients.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are willing to work on weekends.
