Executive - Client Onboarding - Hospitality (0-2 yrs)
Job Description for Onboarding Executive :
- Setting up and configuring the hotel's profile, room, rates and policies on various online travel agencies, metasearch engines and direct booking channels.
- Integrating and managing the hotel's channel manager software, property management software which allows for centralized and automated updates of rates and inventory across all channels
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance and revenue of each channel and providing reports and insights to the revenue team if property already listed across the channels.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or discrepancies that may arise with the online channels or the channel manager.
- Staying updated on the latest trends, best practices and innovations in online distribution and channel management.
- Having excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Being proficient in Microsoft office, CRM and channel Management Software.
