Executive - Chat Support - BPO (0-3 yrs)
We are hiring one (1) fresher and one (1) experienced (1-3 years) chat support executive for the night shift. This is a work-from-home position. The primary responsibility will be to:
- Handle chat support requests on the website
- Support tickets on our support system
- Communicating with partner companies and clients
- Content/blog/documentation writing
- The responsibilities do not limit to this but may vary depending on the business needs.
Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Decent typing speed
- Ability to learn and understand the systems quickly
- Graduation in IT, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields is a must
Good To Have :
- Experience working as a support executive
- Having a technical-IT background is a big plus
