Responsibilities : Chat Support Executive
- Managing incoming chats and customer service inquiries
- Provide information about products and services, and record details of queries/ complaints
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
- Should have excellent communication skills- English
- Satisfactory working in a 24- 7 environment (Rotational shifts)
