Job Description :
As a part of the Chat Mail Process team at Revolut, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and email channels. Your role will involve addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat and email.
2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
3. Provide accurate information regarding Revolut products and services.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
5. Collaborate with team members to maintain service level standards.
Requirements :
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer service.
