Executive - Channel Sales - Kitchen Cookware (3-5 yrs)
Leading Manufacturer of Kitchen cookware (MNC)
Qualification and Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university from any stream. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years- work experience in a Manufacturing Unit or Export and Import or FMCG.
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Strong organizational and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office application, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent work ethic, and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Positive approach and zeal to drive through allocated tasks
- Should not be more than 32 yrs of age.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieving targets related to market share, reach, addressability, volume etc.
- To develop and manage effectively sales distribution network to meet business objectives.
- Assessment & appointment of right dealers & distributors after thorough screening, activating low performing Dealers and unlocking certain key counters etc.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Brand promotion.
- Maintain commercial discipline in sales
- Identifying sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirement.
- Cold Calling
- Closing of Sales and achieving targets.
- Collection within in stipulated time frame.
- MIS Reports

- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- High self-confidence combined with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts
