Executive - CASA Sales (1-3 yrs)
Position Title: CASA - Sales Executive
Qualification : Any graduate
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs of relevant experience
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune , Hyderabad
Job Purpose : To acquire CASA, Salary accounts and cross sell multiple banking products.
Key Accountability :
The key accountability of the Sales Executives is to acquire new clients from the open market and build a relationship.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from the open market
- Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
- Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations
Core Competencies :
- Sales & Networking Skills
- Good Communication & Listening Skills
- Goal / Target oriented
- BC certification is preferred.
Technical Experience and Competencies :
- Banking Knowledge, Other banks product knowledge,Account Opening & KYC process, Computer Skills & Digital Knowledge, Good network in the market
