Executive - Campaign Operations (1-6 yrs)

Position Summary

The Global Capabilities Centre is a centralized unit, that supports various craft functions across all individual brands within IPG Mediabrands. In this role, you will be responsible supporting IPG Mediabrands' planning & buying teams based in the USA and Canada. Functioning as an extension to the global teams, you will play an integral role within the campaign lifecycle, setting up and maintaining campaign details, issuing and revising IOs to media partners, tag coordination and management, financial updates, and post launch campaign actions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with the teams based in the USA and Canada to upload campaigns in the buying platform.

- Track campaign performance to ensure it is delivering as per the goals.

- Competitive reporting and analysis.

- Campaign post reporting.

- Campaign set up for Digital buys.

- Issue campaign RO

- Collect creative specifications and manage digital trafficking requirements for the Ad Ops team.

- Update media flowcharts based on campaign flights.

- Participate in departmental projects as requested.

- Use systems and tools that are from the USA - MediaOcean, MediaTools etc. (the systems will be taught after you join).

Skills Required :

- Expert in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team.

- Detail-oriented, organized, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Awareness of Digital Eco System (basic knowledge of ad server, programmatic advertising, Digital ad verification, Digital media measurement and analytics).

- Self-learner & proactive.

- Have an innate curiosity for processes improvements and continually strive to be better.

- A penchant for customer service, patience, and resourcefulness.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

- 5+ years media planning/buying and/or operations experience.

- Fluent written and spoken English.
