Executive - Business Relationship - Retail (1-5 yrs)
Key Result Area
- Relationship management with installed merchants
- Visit to merchant shop and give training/usage of solution
- Revenue: Increase Billing & Throughput (spend - GMV)
- Achieving Activation targets (Active & Inactive)
- Upsell / cross sell other solutions
- Merchant complaint resolution
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Live demo & Training - face to face to merchants
- Relationship development with merchants
- Activation target (active & Inactive)
- Revenue target (Increase billing count & spends)
- Upsell/cross sell
- Acknowledgement on each activation
Skills :
- Experience in Sales and servicing on a call
- Should be fluent in English (compulsory) and Hindi
Education : Should be a Graduate or Post Graduate.
