Position : Business Development Executive

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our UX/UI design agency. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency by identifying and securing relevant business leads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating new business and building long-term client relationships within the design industry.

Requirements :

Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within a UX/UI design agency or a related industry.

Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the UX/UI design industry, its trends, and the competitive landscape. Familiarity with design processes, principles, and terminology is highly desirable.

Sales Skills : Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and close deals. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Lead Generation : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target industries. Utilize various channels, including online platforms, industry events, networking, and referrals, to generate high-quality leads for the agency.

Client Acquisition : Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base. Engage with prospects, initiate contact, and effectively communicate the agency's value proposition and service offerings.

Proposal Development : Collaborate with the design and development teams to create customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the agency's capabilities, expertise, and value proposition to potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches that address client needs and objectives.

Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scope with clients to ensure a win-win outcome. Close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities, anticipate client needs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Relationship Building : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify business opportunities, develop effective strategies, and adapt to changing market conditions.

Self-motivated : Results-oriented and driven to succeed. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to achieve targets and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.

Team Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Technology Proficiency : Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools, and other relevant software to manage sales activities, track progress, and generate reports.
