Key responsibilities :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Client handling, servicing, trade placement, and query solving
- Working in predefined Compliance parameters.
- Retention of clients and Cross-selling
- Outbound calling for Client Activation & Servicing
- Maintain AHT, call abundant ratio and predefined call quality parameters.
- Completion of an assigned task in specified TAT
Basic Requirements :
- Good communication skills (Hindi)
- Strong customer service and activation & retention skills
