Job Description for Business Development US Process (Tele sales)

Business Development philosophy: Business Development is expected to perform every role\task that is needed to increase sales/revenue for the organization.

The tasks mentioned below are not the objectives of but only steps in a BD process that could help making a BDE organized.

BDE is expected to perform the following tasks.

1. Creating a database of prospective clients for the US market.

2. Reaching out to prospective clients through email and telephone on a daily basis.

3. Bring in new clients/new revenue/new business to the organization.

4. Take complete responsibility to deliver the results and the outputs required from them.

5. Understand Arya' business, its markets and the characteristics of the markets/Industry.

6. Monitor daily progress and performance and report to the CEO

7. Liaise with end clients where needed to resolve issues, problems.

8. Work closely with other team members to ensure performance and progress.
