Job Title: Business Development Executive

Our client is one of India's premier steel colour-coating plants is located in Khopoli, near Mumbai. They are known for the highest quality colour-coated steel coils, available in a variety of sizes and colours.

Qualification: Any graduate with relevant experience

Gender: Male candidate

Work Timings: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

Experience: 2 to 5 years (preferably with knowledge in the steel industry)

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel industry

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's market presence

- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products and services

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the management team

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of the steel industry and market dynamics is a plus point

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Willingness to travel for field work
