- We are looking for an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp the company's vision, this person will be resourceful and have the vision to identify opportunities and convert successfully!

- Ability to build sales by contacting and building relationships with new and existing clients

- Extremely organised and capable of managing the full 360 sales cycle

- Excellent Sales Skills Negotiation, Understanding, Solution lead, Relationship Building qualities.

- Proactive cold calling sales role either on the phone or face-to-face.

- Influencing skills are essential

- Excellent communication & Networking skills

- Ideally from the Recruitment industry

- Related experience within the recruitment or IT service sector would be advantageous.

- Strong negotiating capabilities

- Be persistent, self-motivated, and driven to make high sales commissions.
