- Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We are searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we are looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. We are looking for personality who is customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a team. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Excellent time management and organization

- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risk.

- Knowledge of the staffing industry and recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identifying new sales leads

- Study the lead and have a customized sale pitch

- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers (Relationship Management)

- Identify new markets and new customer needs, upsell and cross-sell other services as per customer business needs, Know the customer well and make a customized offering

- In-depth analysis and Mapping of the prospective customer/client, to connect with the decision maker

- Regular business meetings with prospective clients and follow-up.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services and new offerings

- Regular training and up gradation on the subject matter and actively sharing industry case study's Self and team

- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

- Work closely with internal customer to get the delivery and service fulfillment

- Data management: CRM, Sales Funnel & Sales Pipeline
