Roles and Responsibilities :

- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

- The candidate will also be responsible for targeting key accounts, building relationships with new clients, setting appointments and uncovering new opportunities and helping to grow the business

Responsibilities :


- Identify partnership opportunities

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

- Retain & Maintain existing clients

- Negotiating contracts

- Staying upto date with industry trends

- Lead generation through various methods

- Experience in Sales, handling Tier-1 Clients, In US Staffing Industry

- You MUST have an Active Working list of Tier-1 clients

- You must be able to bring business from US consulting firms in IT contract staffing.

- Business Development / Lead generation.

- The candidate must have top comm skills to talk to US clients

- Manage all communications with Clients/Candidates
