Business Development Executive for Us Staffing

Job Description :

- As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible to generate leads & make outbound calls for potential staffing business clients based in Unites States. Key responsibilities & tasks, which would be performing on day-to-day basis, are below for records.

- Research & Analytics of potential clients who would be qualified as leads

- Generate leads by using online & offline channels

- Cold Calling & Emailing would be one of best approaches to start conversation

- Scheduling meetings with prospective clients for next level of discussions & closures

-Ensure all lead generation and sales activities are documented within CRM ensuring that the client pipeline can be tracked, and information can be leveraged across BD team.

- Manage key strategic partnerships, including consistent communication and coordination, development and tracking of initiatives, and new idea generation.

- Ability to establish and develop excellent relationships with strategic partners, prospects, clients, and referral sources.

- Excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills with an aptitude for presenting complex ideas and key messages effectively.

-Be a significant contributor to new business targets, accurately and effectively identifying/managing new market opportunities/leads, and managing pipelines in order to prioritize business opportunities and internal resources.

- Develop short-term and long-term retention and growth strategies for clients and deliver on those strategies to continually build a strong business pipeline.

- Build business relationships with current and potential clients via face-to-face meetings, targeted trade shows, functions, networking events, etc., phone work, and virtual (e.g., chat, email, video conferencing, etc.) to deliver leads and opportunities.

- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

- Maintain a positive mindset, encourage teamwork, and act as an impeccable brand ambassador for company.
