Executive - Business Development - Staffing (1-3 yrs)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships through effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


1. Business Development:

- Identify and target potential clients within the US staffing industry.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business opportunities.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other sales techniques.

2. Client Management:


- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their workforce strategies.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Sales Performance:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting efforts.

- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall sales performance.

- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and address any issues or opportunities.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

Qualifications:

- Must be a Graduate.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
