Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and acquire new clients who require IT professionals for C2C staffing requirements.
Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and a deep understanding of client needs.
Client Needs Assessment : Understand client staffing needs and effectively communicate these requirements to our recruitment team.
Contract Negotiation : Negotiate and finalize contract terms with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and comply with company policies.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans for business development and expansion, with a focus on C2C staffing services.
Revenue Generation : Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
Qualifications :
Experience : A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a business development role, with a strong emphasis on C2C staffing in the IT industry.
IT Knowledge : A good understanding of IT domains, technologies, and staffing requirements is highly beneficial.
Sales Skills : Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
