Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai (4 Openings)+ 2 more

Shift Timings : 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (day shift) | for Male Candidates only

Weekly Working Days : 6 Days

Off Days : SUN

Note : Saturday will be half day

Salary & Compensation :


Salary Offered :

- 1.5 Lac to - 3.0 Lac (annually)

Selection Criteria :

Education : Graduation degree mandatory

Experience : 0 to 4 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory

Any sales experience can be considered

Fresher can consider but CTC upto 1.50 LPA in hand

Candidate should be from CASA & FD domain are highly preferred


Candidate should have B2C field sales experience

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Financial Responsibilities Acquisition of CASA & liabilities a/c from cold calling, market reference.

Non Financial Responsibilities :


- Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets.

- Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.

- Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies and associations and through running industry

- Achieving over all numbers and value targets as per scorecard.

- Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience to NTB customers
