About the Role :

- As a Market Research Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth for WDO Consulting. You will be responsible for identifying and developing leads, understanding client needs, crafting compelling proposals, and securing lucrative contracts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospect and qualify leads : Leverage various tools and strategies to identify potential clients in the target market.

- Develop relationships : Build rapport with key decision-makers and understand their specific business challenges.

- Present solutions : Tailor presentations and proposals to showcase how WDO Consulting's market research solutions can address client needs.

- Negotiate and close deals : Confidently negotiate contracts and secure new business partnerships.

- Maintain and expand existing client relationships : Foster long-term client partnerships through excellent communication and service.

- Stay informed : Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape.

- Contribute to sales team goals : Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and exceed expectations.

Qualifications :

- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the market research industry

- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and effective sales methodologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships and foster trust with clients.

- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
