Executive - Business Development & Sales - IT (0-5 yrs)
We are looking for people who are passionate and keenly looking forward to making their career in and as a Software Sales Executive. Manage long sales cycles, nurturing key client relationships personally.
- Selling business software solutions.
- Handle sales lead generation for ERP solutions.
- Planning and executing lead generation activities and sales strategies.
- To identify, assess and present software solutions to the customers.
- Responsible for END TO END selling of Software Products.
- Identifying New Business Opportunities in the market through references, cold calling, cluster activities, internet surfing etc.
- Fixing Appointments, meeting clients and preparing documents accordingly.
- Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business.
- Giving first level product demonstration & presentation.
- Follow ups with leads via constant phone calls and emails.
- Identifying the potential client and converting them into sales.
- Generating revenue through up-selling & cross-selling, building and maintaining healthy business relations with all clientele.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients on a consistent basis.
- Stay up to date with industry trends & solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent Command over English and sound selling skill.
- Must be able to build strong relationships with clients.
- Must have a pleasing personality. Should be polite but firm and convincing in his thoughts and expressions.
- Knowledge of software solutions and services & technology is a must.
- Candidate should have Good communication skills.
- Candidate must have the interest to learn new technologies in the IT market.
