Business development/Sales executive

Department : Sales

Purpose of the Role :

Drive sales and increasing the number of client acquisition and thereby generating revenue for our organization.

About Company :

Multinational Internet /e commerce search based by company. Working in 10+ locations in india and 70+ locations across globe

Compensation:

CTC for Main City (Jaipur): 2.73 lac per annum

CTC for Remote Locations (Entire Rajasthan except Jaipur): 2.59 lac. Per annum.

The cost of the Mobile will be reimbursed to the employees in monthly instalments (Rs/-1000).

Candidates will be on rolls of the company and apart from the industry based remuneration; they will have all the employee benefits of Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Accidental insurance etc being provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities :


- Meet commercial establishments those are located within the area allocated to him / her and adhere to the following steps:

- Present the business offering and explain benefits of the brand to the prospective clients.

- Provide a demo and explain the advantages and features of the services.

- Collect qualitative business information of the business enterprises he/she visits and also explain how the same would be represented to the users of company

- Explain the contract, its feature, tenure and all terms and conditions to customer in detail.

- Answer the queries raised by the customers.

- Persuade the business owners/managers to register with company as paid customers, which would enhance their business.

- Upload geo-coded photos to update the profiles on the company database.

- Send Key Parameter Monitor (KPM) report to the reporting managers on a daily basis.

- Submit the contracts to the office with proper documentation.

- Ensure that the contract cheque is cleared and the account of the client is activated within Company .

- Adhere to the compliance and policies set by the department.

Skills and Work Experience Required :

- Language Proficiency -Fluent in English, Hindi or any other regional language

- Communication Skill -Good communication skill to explain the services of Company and also able to comprehend queries and doubts of clients; helping them to handle the clients

Other requirements :

- Ability to work under pressure

- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and directions
