PROFILE FEATURE :

Skill Set : Previous business experience with international courier and cargo industry is desired. A Business Development Executive requires excellent transaction negotiation and closing skills. You will be required to have sound commercial insight and experience and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.

Job Responsibilities :

- You are principally responsible for major activities in the Business Development cycle.

- Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new corporate clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients.

- Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Company management.

- Continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new key accounts and developing business with existing accounts.

- Achieve a balanced portfolio of business that maximizes operational efficiency and reduces risk all in accordance to the allocation of targets set by the Senior Management.

- Prepare sales plans and reports regularly.

- Conduct customer presentations and details sales/project proposals.

- Identifies new opportunities for sales campaigns that can lead to increased sales.

- Also additional responsibilities of handling indoor sales team.
