Executive - Business Development - SaaS (4-5 yrs)

To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Business Development Executive reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be supported through your growth and provided with access to a number of cutting-edge tools. Our ambition is to increase the size of our footprint over the next 18 months in Europe, Asia, North America & South America.


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships & manage existing clients to help drive new customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility

- Identify/Cold Call/Meet Key decision-makers in partner org and establish effective business relationships

- Negotiate with the strategic partners to get the best possible deal with a focus on long term gains

- Develop a deep and long-standing relationship, ensuring high mindshare from partner

- Leverage data and market research to continuously explore new partnership opportunities

- Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas. Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Create and implement a monthly sales plan for clients

- Continuously measure the impact of each campaign, optimize for best ROI and regularly share key performance metrics with management and key stakeholders

- Collaborate closely with teams to operationalize and manage strategic initiatives/campaigns

- Must be familiar with Salesforce CRM, Jira, and Cold reach out platforms

- Must be comfortable with cross border sales and attending international calls.

- Maintaining relationships with client as well as acting as link between clients and organizations and promote smooth experience for the user.

- Managing sales to post-sales support activities and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team

Who makes you a great fit?

- Expertise in German Language - C-1 Certification required

- Bachelor's degree, with at least 4+ years of experience in B2B/ Enterprise sales and proven track record of quota achievement.

- Strong networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly entrepreneurial mind set, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result oriented.

- Strong bias for action attention to detail in the execution of the partnership initiative.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent phone etiquette.

- Strong Prior experience in partnerships/client management role will be a plus (preferably in Enterprise SaaS Sales)

- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
