Executive - Business Development - Refrigerator (3-5 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Product Planning & product Management for refrigerator category.
- Plan out all promotional activity and prepare strategies for improvement.
- Responsible to increase sales.
- To handle entire sales activities across the territory.
- To maintain the coordination between company & distributors.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Education Qualification :
- UG: Any Graduat/MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Work Experience Requirements :
- At least 3 to 5 years in a field related role Experience.
- Computer literacy required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi lingual preferred- English, Kannada & Hindi .
- Including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
