Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Prospect for potential new clients
- Generate new clients by marketing talented candidates, networking, cold calling and consistently prospecting
- Work to identify top accounts, target skill sets in key market segments, and assess clients staffing requirements
- Conduct daily outbound sales calls (cold & warm calling)
- Hold and schedule sales meetings with clients
- Must be able to effectively negotiate with clients to focus on the profitability goal of our company
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
- Build relationships and a clear understanding of our clients goals and hiring needs.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred
- A proven sales hunter and closer.
- 1-4 years of End to End Sales.
- Proven track record of sales excellence.
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
- Superior professional presence and business acumen.
