Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (1-3 yrs)
- Lead generation of potential partners that could provide recruitment solution for the Aasaanjobs clients.
- Attending those leads on call.
- Building proposals and emailing the same to the potential partners.
- Fix appointments and close the meeting with the new and old partners.
- Daily Cold visits to the consultancies to explain our partnership model.
- Prepare complete visit report & feedback report on daily basis.
- Procure partner leads from online sources like Just dial, Sulekha etc.
- Selection will be based on the communication skills and convincing skills
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
