Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Enthusiast to help us expand our clientele.
The selected candidate will be working on the front-end side and should be dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
1. Seek new business opportunities in the market/social media platforms/other suitable networking sites.
2. Maintain a database of prospective client information in the G-sheets.
3. Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
4. Contact potential clients through calls, messages, and e-mails.
5. Present our company to potential clients.
1. Objection handling, negotiation, and understanding the nerve of the client.
2. Knowledge of lead generation from various possible sources.
3. Building sales strategy.
4. Good convincing skills.
1. Work module - Remote.
2. 6 days (Monday to Saturday) working, from 10 am to 7 pm.
