Executive - Business Development - Recruitment (1-3 yrs)
Candidate must be graduate with flair for sales. Must have excellent communication, presentable, inter personal, negotiations skills & with leadership Qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and sending emails to New & Existing clients to generate leads and referrals.
- Call potential customers and building relationships.
- Explain about Company and the Services offered (required training will be provided).
- Maintain call logs & contact information for further follow-up via emails and calls
- Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
- Following up swiftly on sales inquiries and sending out information.
- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
- Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
Consulting Experience must.
