We have an excellent opportunity for Business Development Executive.

Responsibilities:
1. Explore creators resources to make them join apps to showcase their Talent/performance.
2. Responsible for talent management and developing potential influencers/ Creators from online and offline channels: such as FB/Instagram/ Youtube/ Agencies etc. and offline directly exploring and convincing creators.
3. Work closely with the BD Team members and put in the best efforts to achieve business objectives.
4. Follow up and manage recruited Creators schedule/performance on the app.
5. Guidance and give training to Creators in case of queries.
6. Shall be able to create and apply strategies for growth.
Requirements:
1. At-least 1 year of working experience in the live Streaming Industry.
2. Familiar with FB/ Instagram/ Youtube etc. Being interested in resources and connections in agencies, institutions, fashion, Bollywood, makeup, actor/actress, anchor, etc.
3. Experience in internet companies is preferred.
4. Candidates should be a Graduate and should be good in English and Hindi, Any Regional Language.
