Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (4-12 yrs)
Position: Corporate Leasing Manager and Business Development
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Corporate Leasing:
- Identify and target corporate clients in need of real estate solutions for office spaces,
commercial properties, and other real estate assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers to secure attractive leasing opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations, documentation, and lease execution.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Business Development:
- Formulate and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business needs and aligning real estate solutions accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and finance, to ensure seamless execution of leasing transactions.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential leasing projects to assess
profitability and risk.
- Work closely with finance teams to develop leasing models, budgets, and financial projections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or similar
- Proven experience in corporate leasing and business development within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, real estate trends, and financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
