Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
Identify new potential clients and areas for new new client acquisitions and accelerating its development and increase the company's footprint
- Develop and implement communication strategy to educate the clients, investors and other potential influencers and business enablers.
- Supervise project land acquisition via sale / lease.
- Acquire new customers and achieve sales targets as per plan, pipeline management & hosting constructive meetings
- Ensure high customer service levels at all touch points exceeding brand standards and client expectations resulting in customer loyalty, referrals and repeat business
- Provide comprehensive support throughout & resolve the issues on time by involvement of concern department and ensure timely collection of payment
- Identifying relevant sales leads, make sales pitches and follow-up with the client and continuously achieve Assigned Sales Target for the allocated area.
