Executive - Business Development -Real Estate (2-3 yrs)
Business Development Executive
- Handling incoming leads generated on Social Media or self generated leads
- Helping Clients to visit your own office Space at Sector 142 where you would be working to show them options
- Follow up on the leads or visit done by Clients
- Send offers and hold negotiations with the Prospective Clients
- Maintain related records and MIS
- Enhanced sales techniques and marketing plans to strengthen business development efforts.
- Setting goals and quotas for sales teams, creating training schedules and maintaining the inventory of sales presentation tools.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Dedicated, goal oriented person with excellent interpersonal and logical reasoning skills.
- Qualification : Any graduation
- Must have at least 2 years experience.
Salary : APCS, 20-30% hike on current.
