Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)

We are hiring for one of the largest Real Estate Marketplace. It is a prop-tech start-up which have successfully expanded globally.
Key responsibilities areas:
- Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Business/Revenue generation
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Generate or follow through sales leads
Key Competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales, Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or CRM Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Experience within National Sales would be a strong advantage.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
