Job Description :
1. Identify & source active real estate advertisers via online and offline sources.
2. Give a presentation to advertisers about our marketing services & packages.
3. Responsible for B2B lead generation & management, sales and business development in Mumbai.
4. Responsible for client conversion, retention of existing clients and reference.
5. Creation of database of Real Estate Developers & Brokers.
6. Developing and maintaining of database, Regular Reporting & Follow-ups
7. Should have Knowledge of MS office (especially MS Excel) and use of Internet Key Functional Skills
8. If the candidate with relevant experience is appointed at a managerial level, he / she would be given a team to handle.
Qualification : Graduate Post Graduate Diploma in Management
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Job Nature : Full Time
