- The Business development executive is responsible for sourcing new revenue by onboarding various levels of clients. 


- The role is expected to have a focus on hunting new opportunities for generating leads and revenue growth. The role ensures an excellent client experience at all times and works in collaboration with the other departments of various levels for smooth transition of business.

Technology skills : Good Microsoft Office suite competence, CRM competence.

Language skills : Fluent Kannada, Telugu and English.

Communication skills : Exemplary communication skills - both face to face and over the telephone. Should have ability to communicate effectively with all the internal resources of organization.

Industry experience : Knowledge of the market, current media issues, social media, competitor behavior and strategy.

Personal qualities : Able to generate ideas and solutions, self motivated and results driven, team player, innovative, a genuine interest in news and current affairs of Agri industry, excellent organizational and time management skills. Proactive determined business hunter.

Onboarding and Planning :

Roles and responsibilities :

- Onboarding all Kirana merchants on KisaanBhandaar platform across Bangalore and Hyderabad.

- Onboarding HoReCa on KisaanBhandaar platform across Bangalore and Hyderabad

- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.

- Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets target as set by management.

- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solution pitch, negotiation, close.

- Prepare proposals and detailed costings and prepare contract documents for review by BDM prior to negotiation with clients.

- Report on Sales, activity and performance as required by BDM.

Performance Defined :

- Agreed revenue targets are met with defined timeframes.

- Onboarding Kirana merchants and HoReCa across Bangalore and Hyderabad

Relationship building and communication :

- Deliver an excellent client experience at all times,ensuring client needs are met.

- Deliver an outstanding onboarding process for Kirana merchants and HoReCa.

- Offer assistance and explanation when difficulties arise ensure complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both clients and KisaanBhandaar

- Deliver presentations both internally and externally.

- Become a known figure in Agri industry events to ensure brand and networking exposure.
