Job Description :


- We are looking for full-time Business Development Executive having experience between 1 to 10 years who will be responsible for sales on different portals like upwork, PPH, Freelancer, or similar platforms. Having a complete understanding of the sales cycle of business from pitching, responses, and negotiating till closer.

- As a BDE fresher, you will be expected to learn quickly, take initiative, and be proactive in identifying new business opportunities. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Finally, a good understanding of market trends and customer needs will be important in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing the online platforms like Upwork, freelancer or similar portals and proposing suitable strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that meet those needs.

- Research and analyze the market to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients, and adapt bidding strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

- Continuously improve the bidding process, proposals, and services offered to clients based on feedback, trends, and industry best practices.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation and qualification activities.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must have excellent Communication Skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Should have experience in pre-sales

- Must have hands on experience in Online Bidding on Upwork, freelance or similar portals.

- Should have experience in Writing Proposals

- Should have experience in client Management

- Should have excellent Presentation Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
