- You are responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, sales navigator and, and ensuring a high level of excellence.

- Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets.

- Understanding the technology stack and business of Artesian Software.

- Ability to prepare proposals and PPTs for job postings containing relevant information. Copy-paste proposals won't be appreciated.

- Update and maintain profiles of Upwork users by adding projects and skills.

- Respond to clients when they reply to our job proposals and schedule a call with the dev team.

- Daily meetings with business owners and frequent updates about the progress.

- Rotational shifts

The Skills Required :

- Prior experience in bidding for software development companies. Projects. should be large enterprise applications using technologies such as .Net, Java, SQL Server, Power Apps, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of job portals (Upwork, Fiverr, sales navigator, etc.)

- Good listening, problem-solving, time management and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to use MS Excel for lead generation and business cycle tracking.

- Awareness of the latest technologies relevant to Artesian's business.

- Self-starter and highly motivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own initiative in understanding and following up on issues.

- Takes ownership and responsibility of problems through to resolution.

- Keen to learn business processes and technical skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when necessary.
