Executive - Business Development/Outbound Sales - IT (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities : 

- Identifying new sales leads through Outbound Business Development Approach

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

- Keep prospective client database updated

- Having zeal to persistently follow the Lead Hunting cycle, specifically for Outbound Business Development

- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

- Contacting potential clients via email or cold calls or social media to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process

- Follow conferences, meetings, and industry events

- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software

- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans

- Extensive Research on specific territories to ensure consistent Lead pipeline from one country

- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)

Competencies and Skills Required : 

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

2. Experience with lead generation and prospect management

3. Persuasive and goal-oriented

4. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

5. Must have good negotiation skills

6. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

7. Must be able to create good presentations

8. Must be detail oriented and an active listener

9. Ability to work under pressure
