Executive - Business Development - Outbound Sales - BPO (0-2 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in achieving sales targets and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate will be proficient in running social media ads and possess a self-motivated attitude towards exceeding targets.

Responsibilities :

- Generate sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize social media platforms to run targeted ads and engage with potential customers.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements :

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales target achievement and sales lead generation.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong knowledge of running social media ads, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

- 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month, with incentives based on performance.
