Business Development and Operation Executive

Since 2004, ERA has been providing learning solutions for capability development of - human capital- . ERA has acted as enablers for productivity enhancement in the areas of functional skills, people management and personal management. The organisation is led by industry veterans having over three decades of experience. Some of its popular training programmes include Spoken English, IELTS, Interview Skills and Personality Development. ERA runs several training projects for corporates, government organisations and public sector undertakings.

Responsible for development of Franchise/ Resource partner Network.

- To Pitch the Franchise proposition to the Prospective Leads or Investor through Calling / Emailing / Meetings / Con-Call.

- Identifying suitable locations for appointing franchise, checking for eligibility of franchise prospects and judging their financial capabilities.

- To Follow & Manage Leads.

- To provide support to the existing Franchises like: daily support, marketing support & To coordinate with the corporate office and look after the Franchise needs.

- Responsible for Holding Company's Franchise Events, Investor meet & Exhibitions & Brand Building activities.

- Assist in managing and leading Franchise team.

- Manage costs and drive the franchise business towards healthy profits.

- Identifying, qualifying, and securing other business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies

- Building business relationships with current and potential clients

- Ensure proper execution of processes for quality delivery of courses

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)

- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.

- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process

- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

- Minimum- graduate (MBA preferred)

- Similar working experience of atleast 2-3 years

- Must be having good communication and negotiation skills.

- Open to travel and meet people, experience with lead generation and prospect management

- Strong computer skills, including MS office (Word, Power Point, email, excel)

- Must be a Team Player with a pleasant personality.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.

- Must be a Target Oriented and focused.

- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

- 0-2 years
