The Employer :

- Our client is an online platform that supports collaboration between MSME and large scale industries, and industrials consultants and product suppliers. Their platform bridges the gap between industrial sector and professionals by providing solutions seekers greater access to a wider range of products and offering from consultants and suppliers at any given time.

The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up sell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.

- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

- Providing technical expertise to drive design and development transfer to operational capabilities.

- Improving customer satisfaction by providing accurate and value-added responses to customer concerns and issues in a timely manner.

The Profile :

- You possess a degree/diploma in Aerospace, Chemical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical engineering.

- You have at least 1 year experience within a account management, Inside Sales or Sales Engineer role.

- Experience within Customer Quality, Document Control, Startup Experience, Sales Training and Technical Transfer would be a strong advantage.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
