Executive - Business Development/Online Bidding (0-4 yrs)

Job Summary :

- The main role of the bidder is to prospect a new client by bidding, online marketing, Networking, generating leads of another client, preparing a new proposal for the clients.

- Bidder is responsible for the International business development and client generation for website development, Web page development, Mobile application development, Digital Marketing etc.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.

- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

- Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Freelancer, Up work, O desk,Guru, PPH etc

- To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.

- To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.

- Manages to write proposals.

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Skills :

- Experience in handling overseas clients

- Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills. (Mandatory)

- Creative and open to new ideas.

- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
