- International Online Marketing.
- Call and convert registrations.
- Handling inward calls/mails/chats.
- Renewal conversion as per allotment.
- Handling queries of existing customers.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Reaching International Prospects/Business Houses who are in the business of participating in global/ international tenders by Calling/mailing.
- Identifying the Right Person Contact in that Organization.
- Understanding the need of the client; Industry, Sector, Product, Region etc. and sending sample information to generate their interest.
- Taking them through a free trial period.
- Fine tuning the requirement of the client and configuring the same on the system.
- Dedicated follow up till closure.
- Invoicing and collection.
