Executive - Business Development - Modern Trade - FMCG (1-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :
- Sales Focus : Achieve targets through best-in-class execution and service in MT & E-Commerce
- Ensure in MT and ecommerce - Availability Tracking, Fill Rates etc. as core KPI
- Maintaining commercial hygiene as well as stock hygiene
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with Distributor, Customers and Regional buyers
- Area & Business planning
- Freezer governance
- Ensure best in class store execution by driving SOS, Assortment, Availability Tracking and Hygiene parameters and Fill rate tracking for both MT and E-Commerce
