Executive - Business Development - Medical Representative - Pharma (1-5 yrs)
Functional Tester
- Core Skills applicable to Senior, Intermediate and Junior testing roles
- Additional Senior functional tester responsibilities specified below
Core skills :
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Should be able to communicate effectively with Teams and able to validate Testing Criteria is sufficient as part of Requirement
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test strategy
- Experience in analyzing the Business requirements / user stories
- Should have experience in Capital markets (OTC derivatives)
- Regulatory Reporting will be added advantage
- Should have experience in testing tools - ALM, Jira, SQL and Unix
- Experience working in Agile development process
- Self-motivated, interactive, hard-working, energetic, organized and detail-oriented
- Well Versed with Testing Process
Senior Functional Tester:
- Experience in managing testing team
- Experience in maintaining high levels of quality and consistency of approach within testing team
- Experience in management reporting
- Confident and strong communicator who can present/discuss management reports in senior management meetings
