Education & Other Qualifications Required-

Minimum Bachelors in B. Com, English medium schooling & college. Star performers and candidates who pursued a master's degree in mass communication, digital marketing or other sales related subjects also preferred.

- Job Description (Responsibilities & Authority) :-

Will be reporting to the Partner, and working alongside the sales team. Will be responsible for preparing an annual digital marketing calendar & working on it execute the same. Run SEM & SMM campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and similar platforms. Connect with customers & engage in first level interaction to qualify leads. Coordinate further sales activities with the Partners.

Keep the CRM updated with leads. KPIs will include : 


1. Social outreach (all mediums) 


2. Positive response conversion (in %) 


3. Amount spent in online sales vs business converted. Other day to day activities will include running an email campaign, LinkedIn request sending, data tracking, Data sorting & Data analysis

- Other Specific Requirements

- Must have worked on sales assignments using digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.
