Note :
- Candidate must have two wheeler (bike/scooty) to travel within Bangalore area (whenever required)
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the Company

- Must have minimum 3-4 months Internship experience in sales/marketing/BD

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Identifying the leads through different websites, Secondary. Primary Market research of local market by travelling as needed
2. Cold calling
3. Sending the proposal
4. Getting the clients to the business
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Good communication & computer knowledge
2. Strong knowledge in Market Research, Social Media etc
3. Exposure to Recruitment/Staffing Industry (Preferably)
4. Managing end to end activities related to client Acquisition/Retention
5. Generate new business opportunities and requirement gathering from existing clients/ new clients.
6. Responsible for identifying & expanding opportunities with clients.
7. Responsible for Marketing, Company Branding.
8. Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment.
9. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
10. Ability to self-motivate and multitask, work independently or within a team
Required Skills :
1. Strong relationship management and account management skills
2. Commercial Acumen and business sense
3. Strong demonstrated work ethic (through studies, work, extracurricular activities, sport... etc)
4. Team-based mind set.
5. Go getter, passionate and responsible.
