- We help practices improve the depth of their relationships with patients and improve practice efficiency. Our core is in helping practices through tools like online appointments and practice management, but we are always building new products and services.

The Job :

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.

- Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.

- Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.

- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.

- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.

- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

- Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.

- Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations.

- Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

- Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.

- Measuring, monitoring and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).

- Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.

- Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.

- Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.

- Analysing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.

- Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.

- Testing and optimising marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required :

Qualification : MBA, or equivalent

- Answering calls and resolving queries about products.

- Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts

- Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate

- A strategic approach to retention & customer service

- Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.

- Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.

- Ability to mold sales pitch according to the client's behavior & background

- Ability to withstand pressure & work in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in English & Hindi speaking in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.

- Good Communication Skill

- Good Sale Skill

- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Sales (B2C), Business Development/Account Manager (B2B) or Marketing Communications within Healthcare & Lifesciences and IT industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- Experience within Sales Training, Employer Branding, CRM / Loyalty Marketing, Growth Hacking, would be a strong advantage.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
